AssalamuAlaikum & Greetings Everyone!

It's me @amjadsharif

Hive Foodie Bee friends, today I am going to share a recipe that is not only an excuse to get together, but its taste makes you feel delicious and every bite makes you feel like you are eating it. This recipe is for biryani, in which the combination of rice and chicken makes the taste amazing. It is called layered biryani. Its specialty is that the korma and rice are layered so that the taste of the chicken and spices gets richer and richer, which plays an important role in making it fragrant.

Cooking Recipe Method

For this, we soaked the rice in water for half an hour to an hour and a half so that it could boil well.

First of all, light a fire in the stove and put a pan of water on it. When the water starts to heat up and boil, add half a kilo of rice to it along with all the spices, including salt, bay leaves, two cloves, and a large cardamom. Let the rice boil until it is half-cooked. When it is half-boiled, remove it from the stove and put it in a vessel where the water can separate from the rice.

Now to make chicken korma, we will add a little oil or ghee to the pan. While the oil is hot, finely chop an onion and fry it until it turns brown. We will take out some of the fried onions and add your chicken to it. We will also fry the chicken until it turns brown.

Now I will add tomatoes, green chillies, etc., if anyone wants. I don't know, but I will grind them in a machine, and we will make a paste of it. We will add this paste to the roasted meat, and we will also add the rest of the hot spices to it and fry it for a while so that the ingredients are incorporated into this korma. Now we will add yogurt and a cup of water to it so that our korma is ready.

Chicken Korma is ready, now we first put a layer of rice, on top of it we will put another layer of chicken Korma, then we will put another layer of rice, and after that we will put another layer of chicken Korma, and finally we will put the last layer of boiled rice, in it we will add food coloring, we will add chopped lemon and we will also add fried onions to it so that their taste and aroma become good. Now we will take a wet cloth and cover the pan. Let me tell you here that we have used wood fire, so we will extinguish the fire, and with the help of coal, we will give it a breath. It will take 20 to 25 minutes.

While the rice is cooking, I'll prepare a salad. We used cucumbers and carrots for this, so I just prepared a salad with them.

1000150696.jpg

Our layered biryani is ready. We gave the steam 20 to 25 minutes. Now we have taken it off coal. We will mix the rice with a light hand so that its color becomes more beautiful. After that, I have dished it out on a plate. There is also salad and ketchup.

Foodie Bee friends, this is not a recipe, but a love that connects us with each other. If you also make or want to make such a recipe, then you must contact me in the comment section and let me know your opinion.
