First of all, I have lit a fire in the stove because we are going to cook these ten styles of biryani. We have taken a large peach in which we have added oil and chopped onions. We will fry it for five to seven minutes so that it turns brown.

Now I have finely chopped tomatoes in it and we also fry it for one to two minutes. Now we add ginger, garlic, and green chilli paste. We will cook it for a couple of minutes so that their ingredients are well incorporated in it.

Now I have added salt, red chilli, and biryani masala to it, and we will cook it for three to four minutes. Till it is cooked, we have washed the chicken well and added it. Now we need five to 10 minutes so that it can be cooked well. When the fat becomes a little soft, we will add the aloo.

After adding the aloo, we have cooked it for a little while and then added two kilos of water to it so that the aloo and chicken are well mixed. Here we add rice to it, this rice is one kilo, after adding rice, we will boil it a little and then we will put it on the stove

And we have to put it on the stove so that the rice also gets cooked well. Our biryani is now completely ready. This is the biryani that we have started to dish out.

I have taken it out on a plate. I also have salad with me. This is a very delicious and tasty biryani. I am praising its taste with every bite. With this, which has now become a tradition in our area, I hope you will definitely like this recipe of ours today. See you in the next log. Until then, God bless.

Yes, you're right, as I said traditional and Punjabi Style. Wooden fire also merges in taste to this recipe.
