Hay dรญas donde quiero comer algo grasoso, con mucha salsas pero tengo un propรณsito de bajar estos kilos que me estรกn sobrando si alguien los quiere jeje ๐คฃ.
Cada cuerpo tiene su propio metabolismo, su ritmo de vida, tambiรฉn es importante ayudarle haciendo ejercicios y comiendo alimentos que ayuden a mejorar este.

๐ 09:00am Jugo verde ๐ (Chayote, pepino y limon)
๐ 10:30pm Desayune una sopa de pollo estaba exquisita
๐ 01:00pm almorcรฉ unos chicharrones al horno super crujientes
๐ 04:00pm Merendรฉ un batido de moras con fresas ๐
๐ 06:30pm Cene una caldo de costilla con papas amigos.
Cuenten que les pareciรณ este dรญa de comidas amigos?
Mi esposo me regalo unos hermosos girasoles para motivarme a seguir.
Tambiรฉn tome mi citrato de magnesio y vitaminas amigos, me ayudan a conciliar el sueรฑo y mejorar mi sistema digestivo.

Good evening, #hive friends. We continue with this blog of my daily meals, where I show you what I eat every day. I'm going slow but steady like a tortoise ๐ข. There are days when I want to eat something greasy, with lots of sauce, but I have a goal to lose those extra pounds if anyone wants them, hehe ๐คฃ.
Every body has its own metabolism, its own rhythm of life. It's also important to help it by exercising and eating foods that help improve this.

To motivate myself by sharing with you to eat healthy, to stay focused, to be CONSTANT and responsible with my future goals.

My Day 8 Food Diary looked like this:
๐ 9:00 a.m. Green juice ๐ (Chayote, cucumber, and lemon)
๐ 10:30 p.m. I had chicken soup for breakfast; it was delicious.
๐ 1:00 p.m. I had some super-crispy baked pork rinds for lunch.
๐ 4:00 p.m. I had a blackberry and strawberry smoothie for a snack. ๐
๐ 6:30 p.m. I had rib-eye broth with potatoes for dinner, friends.
Tell me what you thought of this day of food, friends?
My husband gave me some beautiful sunflowers to motivate me to keep going.
I also took my magnesium citrate and vitamins, friends. They help me sleep and improve my digestive system.
