






Buenas noches amigos sigo compartiendo mi diario de alimentación, este día para mi estuvo lleno de comidas deliciosas que me mantuvieron saciada, no sentí esa ansiedad que resulta ser tan mala jugando con nuestra mente, donde queremos dejar atrás todo lo que hemos logrado, porque así sea un día de haber logrado tus metas es un gran logro, por eso no me quiero rendir amigos y debo trabajar mi mente para ser mas fuerte que esos deseos de volver atrás.
Esta día 4 me siento mas fuerte y sobre todo menos inflamada amigos la verdad estoy muy orgullosa de mi.

Mi Diario de Comida Día 4 estuvo así:
09:00am Te de oregano 🫖
11:30am Desayune chorizos, huevos revueltos y queso asado..
02:30pm Almorcé pasta con crema de remolacha y pollo..
04:00pm Merende unas uvas.
07:00pm Cene carne sofrita con ensalada de pepino y aguacate aderezada con limón y sal.
Cuenten que les pareció este día de comidas amigos?
También tome mi citrato de magnesio, espirulina, me ayudan a conciliar el sueño y mejorar mi sistema digestivo.

Good evening, friends. I'm still sharing my food diary. This day was full of delicious meals that kept me satiated. I didn't feel that anxiety that can be so bad for messing with our minds, where we want to leave behind everything we've accomplished. Even if it's just a day of achieving your goals, it's a great accomplishment. That's why I don't want to give up, friends. I must work on my mind to be stronger than those desires to go back.
This day 4, I feel stronger and, above all, less bloated, friends. Honestly, I'm very proud of myself.

My Food Diary Day 4 was like this:
9:00 a.m. Oregano tea 🫖
11:30 a.m. I had chorizo, scrambled eggs, and grilled cheese for breakfast.
2:30 p.m. I had pasta with beet cream and chicken for lunch.
4:00 p.m. I had some grapes for a snack.
7:00 p.m. I had sautéed beef with cucumber and avocado salad, dressed with lemon and salt.

I also took my magnesium citrate and spirulina; they help me fall asleep and improve my digestive system.
