Resulta que cuando era pequeña recuerdo muy bien esa merienda infaltable en nuestro hogar como lo es la torta de vainilla de mi mamá, ella también nos preparaba una versión de esta misma torta pero le agregaba frescolita o refresco de cola y quedaba estupenda, crecí viendo a mi madre prepararnos este pastel así que aprendí a prepararlo muy similar a como lo prepara mamá, la cuestión está que solo la torta de vainilla de mamá o como la llaman algunas personas coloquialmente como la torta "burrera" porque va cargada de todo y es super rendidora, esa torta por más que mis hermanas y yo le agreguemos los mismo ingredientes y en las mismas cantidades, cada torta sabe algo diferente por lo que está torta en cuanto a sabor es exclusiva de mi mamá.
