I looks really good! I can almost imagine how good that must taste with dragon fruit.. Sadly I learned about dragon fruit for the first time in Budapest and only bought it twice because it was close to 10 euros for 1 quite small dragon fruit. It wasn't the pink one either which I'm curious about..

Here in Spain I know they grow them but I always check these farmer sites right when they are out of season and never ever found one in a supermarket.. I should check the market for it in the future, I guess.

When I find it, I may try to make a dish like this, thanks for the review!
