Hola amigos de hive , empezando el año con todo hoy me puse en modo chef alias cocinator jajaja👩🍳✨ y me lancé a hacer una lasaña casera desde cero. Empecé haciendo los panqueques y con una salsa bien sabrosa 🍅🧄, sofriendo cebollita, ajo y carne hasta que la cocina olía increíble 🤤🔥. Todo con amor, paciencia y musiquita de fondo 🎶❤️.
Hey Hive friends! Starting the year off strong, today I went into chef mode, aka "cooker" haha 👩🍳✨ and decided to make a homemade lasagna from scratch. I started by making the pancakes and a really tasty sauce 🍅🧄, sautéing onions, garlic, and meat until the kitchen smelled amazing 🤤🔥. All with love, patience, and some music playing in the background 🎶❤️.
Después vino lo mejor: armar las capas 😍➡️ pasta, salsa, bechamel cremosa 🤍 y MUCHO queso 🧀🧀🧀. Repetir una y otra vez como ritual sagrado 🙌😂, cuidando que quedara bien jugosa y equilibrada. Confieso que probé el queso “para asegurar calidad” 😜👌. Además espero les gusten las fotos que intente tomarlas de la mejora calidad posibles.
Then came the best part: layering 😍➡️ pasta, sauce, creamy béchamel 🤍 and LOTS of cheese 🧀🧀🧀. Repeating it again and again like a sacred ritual 🙌😂, making sure it was nice and juicy and well-balanced. I confess I tasted the cheese "to ensure quality" 😜👌. I also hope you like the photos; I tried to take the best quality ones possible.
Al horno y a esperar… ⏳🔥 y cuando salió, doradita y burbujeando 🤩🤩, supe que valió totalmente la pena. La dejé reposar (con mucha fuerza de voluntad 😅) y luego a disfrutar cada bocado 🥰🍽️. Into the oven and then I waited… ⏳🔥 And when it came out, golden brown and bubbling 🤩🤩, I knew it was totally worth it. I let it rest (with a lot of willpower 😅) and then enjoyed every bite 🥰🍽️.
