It is June. Almost all the countries of the world, including Bangladesh, have seen a lot of heat. Although the heat has been present since the beginning of May, it has peaked in the middle of the summer. It is so hot in June that it is incomprehensible.

We are becoming quite neglected in this excessive heat. Due to not eating according to the rules, our body gets sick very quickly, and we are facing various problems including diarrhoea, including diarrhoea. As a result, our body is getting worse and due to lack of eating according to the routine, we are getting sick. Therefore, we have to be careful while eating food during the summer.

It is the fruit season in Bangladesh. In Bangladesh, mangoes, jams, jackfruit, litchis and other fruits are available in large quantities. Especially these fruits start ripening in late May and June. When the weather gets very hot, these fruits reach maturity and the fruits start ripening.

Mangoes, jams, jackfruit, litchis, guavas, pomegranates, etc., are seen on the trees, and all these fruits start ripening in May. However, those fruits reach maturity in June and now it is time for them to ripen.

Mangoes, jams and other fruits are summer fruits. Eating these seasonal fruits builds immunity in our body and we become strong. These fruits are especially delicious and nutritious to eat. These fresh fruits are very strong for our body and summer fruits play an important role in fulfilling almost all types of vitamin deficiencies. So if you want to increase your body's immunity and also keep yourself healthy, then you must consume these seasonal fruits.

But we have to keep one thing in mind. Never consuming excess fruits or food can do anything good for our bodies. Of course, we have to consume fruits in moderation and eat food in moderation in extreme heat. Let's learn about some of the bad effects of consuming excess food.

  • Excess food causes indigestion. Therefore, consuming excess food can cause flatulence and various stomach problems.

  • Especially consuming excess food can cause stomach upset, including diarrhoeaa. That is food poisoning.

  • Excessive food intake can cause gastritis and acidity in our stomach.

  • If we consume excess food, there is a possibility that our stomach fat will increase.

Excessive food intake never does anything good for our bodies. The best way is to consume balanced food in moderation. The more balanced food we consume and in the quantity, the better it can bring good things to our health.

In the summer, a lot of fruits ripen and they become delicious and very tempting. Delicious fruits are very easily available. Many people among us consume excess fruits due to their easy availability. This is a serious mistake for us.

Of course, fruits should be consumed in moderation. There are several harmful aspects of consuming excess fruits. In this case, we should definitely not consume excess fruits. Rather, we should consume fruits in moderation again and again. It is never good for us to consume excess fruits.

We should refrain from eating excess food and fruits in excessive heat. If we want to in excessive temperature, we can consume fruit juice. Fruit juice creates some very good activities for our body. Juice helps to restore energy and helps to restore activity in our body very quickly and beautifully. Moreover, fruit juice plays a very important role in creating vitamins and immunity in the body. In that case, if we want to in excessive heat, we can consume fruit juice and it creates antioxidants for our body.

Let us eat food in moderation in this fruit season and also eat fruits. However, we will never eat excess fruit or food. If we can, we will consume saline food and juice and then we can stay healthy and beautiful.
