I always try to make my weekend enjoyable and memorable. Because I think we must enjoy each and every moment of our precious life. Life is very short, no one knows when it will end. So we should be full of life and should celebrate our every single day.
Today was Sunday and Sunday is always a fun day for me. I got uo very late in the morning because yesterday I had to complete few tasks. After taking bath I decided to go for breakfast and today's breakfast is going to be very special and delicious. I think delicious word is very minkr for this breakfast because I was going to explore famous Lahori breakfast that is called Manzoori Bong Paye and Channey.
I have heard about this delicious street food from most of my Lahori friends. So today I was going to explore this tasty food. I decided to walk towards Manzooria Bong Paye and Channey Shop. This famous shop is located in Basti Sayden Shah near Mall Road Lahore. If you are living in Lahore and you still haven't tasted this food than you are wasting your life. You must taste this delicious food.
After walking for almost 10 to 15 minutes, I reached there. On the way I saw few vendors selling different kinds of slippers. I took few pictures there and headed towards my desired place.
At last I reached at that particular food shop. It was a great rush of people. Although I was too late but still plenty of people were buying channey and bong paye. I took a selfie there.
I entered in the shop and ordered my favourite channey. Most of the people eat naan with channey but I ordered bread that we call roti in our language.
Look at the delicious channey. I asked waiter to add two boiled eggs in channey. He did so and I started eating it.
Believe me I have never tasted such a delicious food in my life. I recommend you to eat this tasty food. You will be astonished to eat this food.
The owner of tbe shop Mian Manzoor was present at the shop. He and his son shehryar was busy in selling channey and bong paye.
He mix different ingredients in this tasty food. You will be amazed to hear that he also mix almunds and milk in this tasty food. He present this food with green chillies which are also my favourite.
After having memorable breakfast, I went to the cokking place. I took few pictures of the big pots where channey and bong was present. Their cleanliness was also upto the mark. I gave them 100 out of 100 because they kept pots and very clean. Their sitting place was not upto the mark. It was humid out there because ceiling fan was not working properly.
The labour was busy in preparing naan roti at tandoor. Look at the beautiful hot naan in the picture below.
After having breakfast, I returned to my residence. I rested for a while. Then at night I completed my 5k steps of walking. It was my today's actifit report. Thanks for stopping by.
