My Journey in Hong Kong, Part II!

Hi, folks! In today's video, you will once again see different moments from one of my long days in Hong Kong (this time without the daily cleaning, vacuuming, ironing, and bed-making!).

First, I play chess with my employer's son. Yes, lately I have been learning a bit of chess, and I am really enjoying it, even though I am still a beginner and make plenty of mistakes. But I have been told that I was learning rather fast, hehe!

After that — who is surprised now? — I prepare food for the kids again! This time, I tried making honey-glazed chicken with corn. Alongside that, there were also meatballs. Hmm... the kids liked it, at least! Just look at them eating!
Life as a domestic helper isn't always easy, but it brings me great joy to take care of the kids and play with them.

At the end of this journey, you see the kids enjoying their time in the Ryze trampoline park, where my little charges enthusiastically threw themselves from above into a sea of foam cubes.

I hope you found my video interesting and fun to watch (you can find the YouTube version here) and enjoyed looking at the pictures! All the best, and see you next time!

Playing chess with the my employer's son.

He plays well, but I will try to practice more in future, hehe.

Time to prepare the food!

Yes, you see it right: chicken with honey and corn, hehe!

I am always so happy to see when the children of my employers and some of their friends like my food!

My employer's son and his preferred computer game...

The trampoline park! Look, how they enjoy jumping!

Nice post, but these spoiled rich kids should really learn some manners! It's pretty disrespectful not to focus on you and the chess game instead to keep fiddling with a video game all the time! Just my two cents. :)

From my own experience, in Asia it's very common that rich families are paying a nanny to take care of their kids, but the problem then often is: the parents don't care, the nannies don't dare to discipline them if necessary.

As always, the food looks super delicious!

They may not always be rich and bad manners may not always serve them well. Life is funny. It can turn fortune on its head quickly.

As always, the food looks super delicious!

Thank you so much, @jaki01!

Greetings @gen-quimba ,

Enjoyed seeing what you are doing ....interesting!

The food you have prepared looks absolutely delicious.....just scrummy. ^__^

Indeed the Trampoline Park must be immensely fun.

Kindest Regards,

Bleujay

Nice to read that you like my food, I wished you could taste it one day, hehe. And oh yes, the kids had lots of fun in that trampoline park!

As usual, this was fun to watch. I found myself smiling at some point. I just love how freely, easily and genuinely you connect with the kids and their friends by extension.

Also, you are really taking your chess practice seriously. I can't wait till you become proficient ✨

Yes, I like to be and play with children. Sometimes I still feel like a child myself, hehe! 😊

I can't wait till you become proficient ✨

Haha, thanks a lot, but that's still a long way to go...

We all still have our "inner child" intact😄

I, on the other hand, am still being very lazy about my chess journey. I wonder why🤧

Those kids remind me of rich suburban kids in my area. People are truly the same the world over. Meanwhile...how do you keep the kitchen so clean when you are cooking???
Mine is a mess when I cook :)))

how do you keep the kitchen so clean when you are cooking???

Hehe, there is no real secret, just always cleaning it in between.

In my previous video (Hong Kong journey, part I) you can observe more of my kitchen work, maybe you find the secret then? Just joking.

I think there is a chess club here on Hive, you can join! You gotta beat Tyler! Haha! 😆

!PIZZA

I will try my best to beat him soon, hehe! 😊
