I took a trip to visit some friends in Santomato (if you want to see the beautiful panoramic road to get there, you can find it on my blog). But first I took a stroll around Pistoia because I needed to pick up a gift (here, when you're invited, it's customary to bring something, usually wine or sweets). So I took the train. I really enjoy traveling by train, it's so relaxing. I took a couple of selfies to feel pretty (I usually don't, but when I put on makeup, I look prettier). Then I got off in Pistoia, where I took the opportunity to take some photos of a street with many old, elegant buildings. There are areas of this city filled with old buildings. This tree-lined street is very beautiful and elegant. There are beautiful buildings, white, gray, and pink, in various colors and styles, but all very elegant.

It had been a while since we'd seen each other. We've been friends with some since kindergarten, others since high school, and others still because we all went to the same comic book store. We're a small group of friends who love anime, manga, and video games. A couple of friends had cooked for everyone, a simple, tasty, and vegetarian lunch (two of my friends are vegetarian). There were several types of pizza (Margherita, four-cheese, and zucchini), focaccia with cherry tomatoes, carrots, hummus, and chips. A nice, simple but tasty lunch, obviously accompanied by beer and wine, and then fruit salad and tiramisu for dessert. It was lovely to see each other again, spend time together, chat, update each other on our lives, and cuddle their beautiful dog, Kira. It was truly a beautiful and enjoyable Sunday with friends. We should do them more often!

Somos un pequeño grupo de amigos a los que nos encanta el anime, el manga y los videojuegos. Un par de amigos habían cocinado para todos: un almuerzo sencillo, rico y vegetariano (dos de mis amigos son vegetarianos). Había varios tipos de pizza (Margarita, de cuatro quesos y de calabacín), focaccia con tomates cherry, zanahorias, hummus y patatas fritas. Un almuerzo agradable, sencillo pero rico, obviamente acompañado de cerveza y vino, y luego ensalada de frutas y tiramisú de postre. Fue genial volver a vernos, pasar tiempo juntos, charlar, ponernos al día sobre nuestras vidas y mimar a su preciosa perrita, Kira.
