🥰🥰🥰Bendecido día, estimada comunidad de HiveBlog, en especial a este grupo que va creciendo de #Lifestyle, quiero compartirles mi día del 25 de diciembre, donde junto a mi esposo Carlos Peña, mi madre Katty Blanco y mi hija Samantha Sofía nos fuimos a media mañana a la casa de mi amado hermano @franciscomarval y su pareja Luimar Chacón, ubicada en Cumaná, estado Sucre, Venezuela. Donde fuimos ayudarla hacer las hallacas, puesto que era su primera vez haciendo todo el proceso ella.
🥰🥰🥰Blessed day, dear HiveBlog community, especially to this growing group of #Lifestyle, I want to share with you my day on December 25, where together with my husband Carlos Peña, my mother Katty Blanco and my daughter Samantha Sofia we went mid-morning to the house of my beloved brother @franciscomarval and his partner Luimar Chacón, located in Cumaná, Sucre state, Venezuela. Where we went to help her make the hallacas, since it was her first time doing the whole process herself.
🤣🤣🤣 Lo que mi cuñada no sabía era que también era nuestra primera vez haciendo todo el proceso de las hallacas, ja, ja, ja, ya que de broma nuestra familia, solo nos tomaba en cuenta para amarrar las hallacas. Mi madre sí que es experta. Pero bueno, todos juntos nos pusimos manos a la obra. Fue un proceso largo, la verdad es que sí, lleva trabajo... pasamos más o menos seis horas (6 hr) entre picando, limpiando, cocinando, amasando y haciéndolas.
🤣🤣🤣🤣 What my sister-in-law didn't know was that it was also our first time doing the whole process of the hallacas, ha, ha, ha, ha, since as a joke our family only took us into account to tie the hallacas. My mother is an expert. But well, we all got down to work together. It was a long process, the truth is that yes, it takes work... we spent more or less six hours (6 hr) between chopping, cleaning, cooking, kneading and making them.
😅😅😅Debo confesar que no tome un registro fotográfico como yo quería, puesto que no van a creer esto, pero es cierto, nosotros la estábamos pasando tan bien que no había tiempo para capturar el momento en fotos detalladamente; puesto que fue un tiempo donde, en medio de conversar y contar anécdotas de la familia, nos reíamos y nos divertimos a la vez, este momento compartido en familia quedo como un recuerdo, pero sobre todo en nuestra mente y el corazón. Yo sé que ustedes tendrán algún momento de estos, y la verdad es que yo lo experimenté. Todos estamos concentrados en la labor.
😅😅😅I must confess that I did not take a photographic record as I wanted, since you will not believe this, but it is true, we were having such a good time that there was no time to capture the moment in detailed photos; since it was a time where, in the middle of talking and telling family anecdotes, we laughed and had fun at the same time, this moment shared as a family remained as a memory, but above all in our minds and hearts. I know that you will have some of these moments, and the truth is that I experienced it. We are all focused on the work.
😍😍😍Al final, todo ese tiempo invertido valió la pena, porque lo importante aquí, es compartir en familia todos juntos, y pues se logró también hacer las hallacas. Debo admitir que ha sido una de las hallacas más ricas que me he comido, y que más puedo pedir. Cada uno nos comimos dos, ja, ja, ja, la de almuerzo y la de la cena. Y aparte nos dieron hallacas para llevar lo que más queremos. Y cerramos con broche de oro, ya que nos despidieron con un cafecito negro con galleta María... Un día maravilloso, la verdad. Luego de ahí retornamos con la princesa de la casa Samantha a nuestro hogar, pues ya era de noche.
😍😍😍In the end, all that time invested was worth it, because the important thing here is to share with the family all together, and we also managed to make the hallacas. I must admit that it was one of the most delicious hallacas I've ever eaten, and what more could I ask for. We each ate two, ha, ha, ha, ha, the one for lunch and the one for dinner. And they also gave us hallacas to take with us, what we love the most. And we closed with a flourish, since we were dismissed with a little black coffee with Maria cookies.... A wonderful day, really. After that we returned with the princess of the house, Samantha, to our home, because it was already dark.
