Hello friends, this week I have given importance to food safety, especially for the family.Because people get more sick during winter, so during this time, food should be eaten carefully and of course, healthy food should be eaten.After the long summer, the cold weather comes for about three months, and it is important to be careful during these three months, especially when eating food carefully.


Because studies have shown that people have more stomach problems in winter due to food alone, I have been focusing more on healthy food for the past week.Preparing healthy food for my family is my duty and this is where a healthy life lies.You would never want anyone in your family to get sick.I would never want anyone in my family to get sick either, so food safety comes first.



Now let's find out what kind of food I chose in the last week.This is definitely an important aspect of life because first and foremost a healthy life is needed, and to create a healthy life, healthy food is needed.This week I have given the most importance to vegetables because they are most available in winter.In our region, the most vegetables are produced in winter.



It is believed that vegetables have the most benefits.Doctors suggest us to eat vegetables all the time to keep the kidneys healthy and the body in good condition.There are many vegetables here that are cancer resistant.Last week I focused on eating whole vegetables and cooked vegetables for the whole family.


The vegetables included cauliflower, gourd, potatoes, gourd leaves, onion leaves, papaya, various green and red vegetables, etc.Yesterday on Thursday, I went to the village farmland to collect some vegetables, including cauliflower, gourd, papaya, eggplant, various types of green leaves, etc.The most interesting thing is that I emphasized eating vegetables all week and today on Friday, I also emphasized vegetables.


Although Friday is called great Friday in our region because it is a public holiday and most people in the country emphasize eating meat on Fridays, I emphasized vegetables today as well.I cooked only a little meat for some family members.Even though I cooked a little meat today, but my best recipe was gourd curry with small shrimp.There was also a mixed vegetable dish with potatoes, onions, and cauliflower.
