Therefore, porridge becomes an easy dish with new variants that can make me more fun to enjoy it.
Dragon Fruit Porridge
Dragon fruit porridge is a porridge made from rice flour with a combination of coconut milk and dragon fruit puree. Enjoyed with thickened palm sugar water, this dish can be enjoyed anytime and is perfect for a hot day like I mentioned above.
Here I will invite you to prepare one of the simple recipes that you can easily prepare at home.
Ingredients Used
100 grams rice flour
3 tablespoons sugar
250 ml thick coconut milk
50 grams palm sugar
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 pandan leaf
Making Procedure
Cut the dragon fruit, then blend until smooth with water until it becomes juice.
Combine rice flour and sugar.
Then add the dragon fruit juice and stir until evenly mixed.
Add thick coconut milk, stir again then add salt.
Cook the porridge over low heat until thickened and soft. Now at this stage you have to use low heat while the porridge continues to stir.
Combine palm sugar then add water and granulated sugar.
Next add pandan leaves then stir and cook until the sauce is cooked and also thickens.
Results and Serving Suggestions
Serve the porridge in bowls then drizzle with the ren sugar sauce topped with sliced dragon fruit to enhance your final result when you are about to enjoy. Wouldn't a beautiful dish be more exciting to enjoy. Well this dish itself is enough for two people to enjoy, then you serve it with palm sugar sauce to taste.
