Risotto with field mushrooms 🍄‍🟫🍄‍🟫🍄‍🟫 (ENG/ESP)

Hello blog friends, here I am again with a fall recipe. Today I found some button mushrooms on sale at the supermarket and took advantage of the opportunity to make a delicious mushroom risotto, a typical fall dish. Here's what you'll need for this recipe:

  • 80 grams field mushrooms
  • 120 grams rice
  • 1 shallot
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons white pepper
  • 3 tablespoons salt

First, take the field mushrooms. They're usually sold fresh and unwashed, so we need to carefully remove any soil residue with a small knife or cloth. Then, chop them into fine pieces, as these mushrooms are easy to chop and quite soft. We'll also prepare a pan with three tablespoons of oil.

Hola, amigos del blog, aquí estoy de nuevo con una receta otoñal. Hoy encontré champiñones en oferta en el supermercado y aproveché para preparar un delicioso risotto de champiñones, un plato típico de otoño. Aquí tenéis lo que necesitáis para esta receta:

  • 80 gramos de setas de campo
  • 120 gramos de arroz
  • 1 chalota
  • 3 cucharadas de aceite
  • 3 cucharadas de pimienta blanca
  • 3 cucharadas de sal

Primero, elegimos las setas de campo. Suelen venderse frescos y sin lavar, así que debemos retirar con cuidado cualquier resto de tierra con un cuchillo pequeño o un paño. Después, los picamos finamente, ya que son fáciles de picar y bastante blandos. También prepararemos una sartén con tres cucharadas de aceite.

Next, peel the shallot well and slice it thinly. Sauté it in a pan with oil for about six minutes. Then add the chopped mushrooms and cook, stirring frequently, for about fifteen minutes, until slightly wilted. Season with white pepper once cooked.

Meanwhile, bring a pot of water and three tablespoons of salt to a boil. Once the water boils, add the rice and cook for fifteen minutes. Drain when ready. Return the rice to the pan and add the mushrooms to the rice. Stir well, and serve hot. A delicious autumnal dish!

A continuación, pela bien la chalota y córtala en rodajas finas. Sofríela en una sartén con aceite durante unos seis minutos. Luego, añade los champiñones picados y cocínalos, removiendo con frecuencia, durante unos quince minutos, hasta que se ablanden ligeramente. Sazona con pimienta blanca una vez cocinados.

Mientras tanto, pon a hervir una olla con agua y tres cucharadas de sal. Cuando el agua hierva, añade el arroz y cuécelo durante quince minutos. Escúrrelo cuando esté listo. Vuelve a poner el arroz en la olla y añade los champiñones. Remueve bien y sirve caliente. ¡Un delicioso plato otoñal!
