This afternoon my husband was craving to eat okoro Soup with oil bean ugba). So I decided to make it for him and I want to the street and buy something things I needed to prepare it for him.
INGREDIENTS USED
Some pieces of okoro seeds
One bulb of onion
One teaspoon of salt for taste
Some pieces of uzizi leaf 🌿
Half cup of red oil
One teaspoon of red dry pepper 🌶️
Half cup of oil bean (ugba)
Water
PROCEDURE
Without wasting much of your time I show and share how I made this soup
I first washed all my ingredients one after the other and cut them into pieces and set aside
Then set my pot on fire to dry water after drying water I add my oil into the pot and also add my chopped of onions and fryer
After that I add my cutted okoro fryer then add my pepper and salt mixed very well
And after awhile I add some little bit of water into my pot and also add my oil bean (Ugba)and mix then cover to cook
For some minutes I checked my pot and add my uzizi leaf 🌿 into my pot and mix together and wait for awhile
You can see the face of my soup so yummy and delicious 😋
Time to dish the soup out for my husband to enjoy and have a beautiful Sunday
