        Sausages and deli meats are something a Russian person can hardly live without πŸ˜„
        But I gave them up about eight years ago after I saw with my own eyes how they’re actually made πŸ‘€

              I am also avoiding processed food as much as possible. Better cook your own meal and know what you're eating.
