Excellent Thursday afternoon, may the day of Love have filled you enormously.
Shrove Tuesday, forced to go out to buy some missing things in the kitchen, I said when I got back I would make a cake to snack on this afternoon and feel more that we are celebrating carnival. Checking the shelves in the Chinese our usual place to buy supplies of some kind for our home I see a chocolate drink Choco Forte, for me it is new because since I buy cocoa powder I do not see it anywhere else.
The idea came to me to prepare the marbled cake, there are many recipes on how to make marbled cakes, but this is not a cake but a sponge cake because of its ingredients. Well, I took it and took it, I will not use cocoa powder but this preparation to see how it looks. Besides, I tasted it later as a drink and if it is a bit sweet, I let you drink it, I beat it with lots of ice.

Para el bizcocho se usó:
-4 huevos
For the sponge cake used:
-4 eggs
-8 tablespoons of wheat flour (2 tablespoons for each egg)
-8 spoonfuls of sugar (2 spoonfuls for each egg)
-4 tablespoons of Choco Forte.
Container to make the mixture electric mixer, small cake pan.

In the container put the 4 eggs, and beat for 5 minutes so that the mixture rises nice and creamy.

Once the eggs are beaten and creamy as you can see in the photo, add the sugar and continue beating for 5 more minutes.

There you can see how creamy the mixture is with just eggs and sugar, stop the mixer, and proceed to incorporate the wheat flour, this time in an encircling
enveloping way until it is well-united sugar and eggs.

Once beaten, separate a part of the mixture in another container, add the Choco Forte, and beat. Once the ingredients are well blended, set aside.

Have the pan ready to use or tortera as we usually call it, the oven preheated to the degree that your oven is suitable for baking. Mine is Mabe and it only has 5 numbers, I usually put it on number 4 for the cakes and cookies I make.

I wanted to make a work of art with the chocolate part, then I decided that the chocolate part should be below, that is to say, I wanted to do it in layers, I placed the first chocolate, the second normal, the third chocolate, but the last normal is not visible. Although it seems that only two layers were placed (in another opportunity remembering a friend of mine, the white part was added with a spoon so that the mixture did not sink, that was her process, I never practiced it like that).

The mixture is ready in the container, it looks very nice there...take it to the oven. It took about 25 minutes approximately.
That's how nice it was. With good color. It came out easily from the package.

Here is the work of art, you can see the course that took the second layer of chocolate mixture with a few threads in the white part. It tasted delicious, and easy to cut, a little sweetness was felt but a tasty sweetness that was not too sweet. When my husband who is not a chocolate lover loved it and ate it again the next day of course with a good coffee.
