I have talked about the coming unCivil War, and how you should not be in the cities. Especially one of opposite political color. Really, if you are MAGA person in a blue city, leave, because the witch MAGA trials are coming.
I have talked about the migrants making a "run for the border". There will come a point where "I've taken it, and i can takes no more". And migrants flee to the south, or take a dirt nap. This will not be ICE, where they are being nice. This will be local yocals sayin "git"
I have talked about how T.H.E.Y. have plans to set up road blocks, and block the flow of goods, especially food, to cities. This is already planned. This is already encoded into law. It just takes someone with "authority" to say "Order 66" and the road blocks go into action.
So, lets do one about the financial reason to get out of the cities.
The jobs will be gone
Imagine that your city is Detroit, and American car manufacturers are automating. Half the city is being laid off.
Well, that is what is happening now, but they call it AI. Any large corporation will be cutting its staff. Laying off people who are not needed in the new era. Zorg - "I told you to fire a million employees" - The fifth Element
T.H.E.Y. are trying to make a two tiered world. Those who work for the corporations, and those who don't.
T.H.E.Y. are going to move corporation HQs. Move manufacturing plants. Move everything around to destabilize all the cities. T.H.E.Y. may be making 15 minute corporate complexes. You work inside the walled city, or you are a peasant living outside.
Basically it will be a Detroit-ification of all the large cities.
And, if things go as T.H.E.Y. plan, the cities will slowly die.
Real estate will be going down
Cities without jobs and without increasing populations, will find a there is no support for high house prices. Detroit had people buying entire blocks for a mere thousand dollars.
When there is not quite enough houses, people bit the houses up to the max they can afford. With a few too many houses, the prices will fall. If there are a lot too many houses, there is no price, there is no market.
Of course the banksters are waiting for this to happen. And they plan to buy up all the real estate and then sell it back to the cattle when they change the conditions back.
Unfortunately, there is not just the jobs that will be making cities a place not to live. There will be a lot of people croaking, and the "immigrants" will have left. The boomers will have passed leaving a quarter of houses empty, on the market.
Financially speaking, there is only two options: sell your real estate for whatever you can get now, or ride this thing into the scene of the crash.
Food is the new money
The thing that is really missing in cities is food.
T.H.E.Y. are controlling food through their plans. T.H.E.Y. will try many scare tactics, like removing food from the grocery store shelves. This involves turning off and on the delivery system. Which will probably break in many places. Leaving many cities falling into rioting for food.
If your city is not one of those without food, the food prices will still be higher. So high that many will have to make a choice between paying their mortgage/rent or buying food.
I recommend having at minimum, a month's supply of food. Buy what you eat, and eat what you buy. There are lots of recipes that use canned chicken. Practice them, eat them, buy some extra the next time you are at Costing Co. until you have a decent pantry full.
Still, the money in the future will be in food. Doug Casey has said, "The farmers of tomorrow will be driving Lamborghinis"
People in the future will pay good money for good food. Enough people will recognize the poison sold in the grocery stores, and pay to not be poisoned.
Basically, the opportunities that used to be in the cities, will no longer be there.
The spigot is being turned off. The economic engine is being killed.
However, a new economy will be coming online. People getting together in tribes/"family" will be starting small communities where they grow their own food, and manufacture goods to sell/trade. One of those goods being real food.
The economics of our current situation leaves very little upside in the cities.
Trade everything for a homestead!
Grow your own food!
Become mostly self-sufficient!
