People are overly concerned over last year's problem, and think nothing of crisis that is now at our door.
Politics is focusing on what to do about overpriced houses (they, and their bankster friends caused it) when, we have enough houses already, and in a decade, we will have at least half of the suburban houses empty. (it may happen quicker)
We continue to hear about farmers under attack, but we do not realize the size and scope of this. Nor, that they are being squeezed from every angle.
And we do not hear about all the poisoning that is going on in the Big Food. Did you know that many products, already on the grocery store shelves, already have farmed bugz in them? You vill eat ze bugz. You already are, unless you have already stopped eating the junk from the store. And, unless you start getting your own food supply lines set up, you will be eating bugz.
This is really hard on the population who are already wondering how they are going to feed themselves. We are getting to the point where people will decide to buy food, and not pay rent. And the landlords will take it, if they know what is good for them. (Actually, they should sell out of real estate ASAP.) Rent controls, or not being able to kick out tenants, or other limitations will be applied to landlords, making it impossible to rent and impossible to sell.
TLDR: Real estate go DOWN, food go UP!

More than enough housing
We have more houses than people, but they are not all available, nor are they all wanted. Many boomers have two houses, many Gen Alpha have no houses. AirBNB is great for people needing short term rentals, but people who would like to live in that area, now have no house available. And then, what BlackRock and Chinese investors do, is buy houses and keep them off the market.
So, it looks like housing is scarce, but that is a crumbling facade. There will soon be more houses than buyers, and it will only get worse.
- Demographics is real. And that we aren't up to replacement levels means we will have a lot of empty houses.
- Boomers will be moving into nursing homes, or mortuary plots. That is 25% of houses onto the market.
- unCivil wars, plandemics, VAXXX, natural and unnatural disasters will put at least 25% more houses on the market.
- migrants will be making a run for the border. They have overstayed their welcome. Freeing up way more houses than most expect.
- There is a growing trend to move to a homestead. This will increase to creating intentional small communities.
All of these spell disaster for suburban real estate.
We will soon have entire housing tracts devoid of people. If you wanted a house in the suburbs, you will have your choice of hundreds of empty buildings.
There is no stopping this.

Good food is already scarce
Health conscious people are already buying low processed, or unprocessed foods. But that is no guarantee you are getting foods free of poisons.
- They are injecting VAXXX into meats.
- They are coating, even organic, fruits with a poison seal. Thanks Billy
- They are adding bugz into everything they can think of.
And this is on top of the already poisonous gunk they call "food" in the grocery stores.
The cattle rancher is being besieged from all sides. Higher feed prices, more regulations. Futures being manipulated down. Big processors setting prices they will buy at.
The "new" feed is killing off cows. Thanks Billy
If you want a good steak in the future, you will need to know the rancher personally, and you will probably have to pay more. Even more than the higher prices coming to stores.
If you want vegetables not drenched in poisons, you will have to get them directly from farmers. Again, you will need to know the farmer personally.
Of course the best way to insure good food, and that you do not go hungry is to grow your own food.
So, get yourself a homestead, and a greenhouse, with hail shields.

Homesteads are the future
As cities become worse and worse. Crime is going up. Services are going down. Jobs are vanishing. If shoplifting continues, there will be no stores, or concrete block buildings with a kiosk to order through. There will be little reason to live in these cities.
On the other hand, with more on-line store delivery, and locally produced electricity, the homestead will be much more attractive deal.
And it won't just be individual homesteaders, it will soon become apparent that a lone farmer, or family is not enough. You need friends for protection, and someone to cover each of the skills needed to maintain a community.
People will be moving to find their "family", their tribe. Consciously choosing people of similar belief structures. People that they are compatible with. Mutual support. Mutual safety. It will be the way of the future.
This migration will make the cities even more empty. The real estate there, even more worthless.

Instead of working on how to buy a house in these "modern" times, let the real estate market crash, and look instead for people you will want to live with.
Find yourself a homestead.
At least start to grow a small container garden. Look into hydroponics, and growing leafy vegetables inside with grow lights.
Your body will thank you, and your taste buds will be pleasantly surprised.
