The "double spices"! Yum! I'll take spiced cookies over plain ones any day. Ella and you did wonderfully. Did you use treacle as a substitute to sugar?

        No, there was sugar in it too! But the recipe called for a sweet syrup so you could use maple or golden syrup etc.
