The most important fruits and dried fruits that are added to it are almonds, walnuts, pistachios, and let me tell you more. The juice extracted from rose flower leaves is also added to it, and it also contains khaskhas and all other ingredients that are good for the body, which also provide energy to our body and also remove heat from the body. It is called Dudhwala Ghota Badam. It is called Ghota Badam because almonds, khaskhas, pistachios, nuts, walnuts and other dry fruits are ground well in it and then Their juice is squeezed and the syrup or drink made from their juice is called Ghota Badam and it is the most famous and delicious Drink in our district and Pakistan.
If I say that this drink is both a liquor and a wine for us in the summer season, its taste is very delicious and pure dry fruits are added to make it. When the syrup made from dry fruits is called Ghota Badam or Ghota drink, if you drink it once, then you will not be eager to drink it every year but every day of the summer. In Pakistan and in almost every province of Pakistan, people drink this drink with great passion and desire during the summer season because when people set off on a long journey, people become helpless due to the intensity of the heat and people use this drink to reduce the heat in their body. If I tell you about this drink, whether it is at night or during the day when the sun is shining, people reach the place where this drink is made and sold. This drink is also known as street drink. If you travel anywhere on the main road or GT Road, you will find this drink made at some square or the other. But this pure drink is not made everywhere. Some people do not use pure fruits in it, but mix it. The people who make this drink mostly belong to the Multan region and it is also known as Multani drink and whenever you travel on the road, you will find banners written on them that Multan's pure almond drink is this almond drink. We also call almonds Ghota drink in our language. That drink is called Ghota drink which is made from almonds, walnuts, pistachios, Khas Khas, black pepper and other ingredients, the main of which is the juice of rose petals. Such a drink is called Ghota Badam and its color is exactly white like milk.
