A Healthy Lunch. Protein Days.
I’m on a light diet. Today is one of my protein days.
The main thing is to eat only twice a day, with no snacks. That means I can’t just keep munching on things all day—only twice a day.
So, it’s a protein day. Not only am I on a protein day right now, but I’m also doing a challenge.
I’m having two meals today.
This is what I ate for lunch. It has protein, vegetables, and fiber.
I made an omelet with three eggs, then sliced a tomato 🍅, a cucumber 🥒, and some lettuce 🥬. I also added some sausage. I’m eating this without bread. You can’t eat carbs on this day. Carbs are found in: baked goods, porridge, root vegetables, sugar, and other foods.
You can only have protein and fats, as well as fiber. This can include meat, lard, eggs, cutlets (without porridge), and other foods. You can eat all above-ground vegetables: peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, and more. I also had dessert. It’s diet-friendly, too. I’ll tell you about it in my next post.
The main thing is to enjoy what you eat. If you don’t like something, you need to adjust it. My first day on the diet has begun.
