Hello, Hivers and coffee lovers. My name is @eijnuj06, and I'm back to share a new blog. This time, I'll feature one of Northern Cebu's most famous cafeteria,The SeaSalt Cafe. I believe they named the cafeteria SeaSalt since it was located on the shore of the sea. Every morning, all of the bikers stop by to have a coffee to refuel for their lengthy journeys.
Before we get started on my time there, let me explain how easy it is to travel there. SeaSalt Cafe is located in Catmon Cebu, which is about 57 or 58 kilometers from Cebu City. Take any bus bound for Tabogon or Bogo from the North Bus Terminal and notify the driver or his helper that you're stopping by Grotto KM49 since SeaSalt Cafe is on the side of Grotto KM49. Those with own vehicles or motorcycles can easily navigate the area and look for Grotto KM49. No worries about parking because they have a large parking place inside. You can also park on the side road at your own risk, but I prefer to park inside.
I stopped by the restaurant twice. It all started with a date with my girlfriend. The second is with a friend who rescued me from Danao City with my motorbike mechanic because my motorcycle had a strange noise in the engine.
Around 5 a.m., my girlfriend and I were preparing to travel home to Tabogon, Cebu, and I picked her up at her workplace that morning on my motorcycle. We both haven't had breakfast or coffee yet. While driving, I became weary and hungry, so my girlfriend suggested that if we noticed a cafeteria along the way, we stop by. We had no idea where to find a cafeteria until my partner discovered The SeaSalt Cafe. We went to the order area and ordered Iced Cappuccino Coffee and Sizzling Sisig with Rice. We had delicious breakfast and coffee while enjoying a breathtaking view of Seaside. We enjoyed seeing the sun rise while eating breakfast.
My next visit to SeaSalt Café is with a friend who is my sister's boyfriend. While I'm at Technical Garage in Danao City repairing my motorcycle, I noticed a frightening sound in the engine, which I'm really annoyed about. I ask a friend to rescue me and bring his own motorcycle for us to travel home because I've left my motor in the motorcycle repair shop. While driving home, I asked him and gave him a free lunch at Seasalt Café. We requested sizzling sisig with lemon juice. While we waited for our food, we went downstairs and discovered a hammock where we could relax and unwind.
We feel very comfortable in the area because there staff was so very accommodating. The ambiance is excellent, and there is a comfortable spot to relax. They offer a wide dining area. This location is ideal for foodies, coffee enthusiasts, and travelers, and I strongly suggest it. I always compliment the cafeteria's ambiance, food, and service. I highly recommend that you visit the location early in the morning to have your breakfast with a coastal view. Overall, Seasalt Café is an excellent place to relax and enjoy cuisine and coffee.
Thank You!
