Today I'm going to enjoy a delicious stir-fried hamur. There's no doubt that mushrooms are a delicious and vitamin-rich food source. In my area, mushrooms are easy to find in the wild. However, not many farmers cultivate mushrooms, even though they could be a profitable source of income. I've been looking for them at the market for several weeks, but no sellers have said they'll be available soon. Just wait for the mushrooms to be harvested.

Today I had the good fortune to have the mushrooms harvested, and I was able to buy them right away at the market. Sure enough, when I arrived at the vegetable market in Alue Ie Puteh, I found them right away. There wasn't much stock here, only 10 packs, and I sold 4, so I bought two more.

Long story short, I went straight home and started cooking the mushrooms. First, I prepared the ingredients and cut the mushrooms to taste.

After that, I chopped the cayenne pepper, tomatoes, and shallots into small pieces.

Now I start sautéing it over medium heat. First, add the onions, followed by the chilies and tomatoes. I wait a few minutes until everything is wilted, then I add the mushrooms.

No need to add water, it's already a perfect stir-fry. I just need to add bouillon powder, salt, and a little soy sauce.

Once cooked, I immediately pour it into a bowl and it's ready to serve. There's no doubt that mushrooms have a very delicious, distinctive flavor. I'm not very good at cooking mushrooms, but just like this, it's very delicious, especially if cooked by a great chef. It's sure to be extraordinary.

I really enjoyed this dish. I've been waiting for mushrooms for a long time, and now I can enjoy them. I don't think anyone dislikes mushrooms because they are truly delicious.
