La verdad que siempre al comenzar una
semana, porque bien sabemos que vuelve
otra ves la rutina, en lo que a trabajo
me refiero, pero en el arte culinario
preparamos para el almuerzo, una comida
muy tradicional, empanadas de entrada y
luego asadito de carne de cerdo con mandioca.

lo acompañamos con mandioca hervida,
la cual una ves cocinada le quitamos el
agua y listo.
