INGREDIENTS/ INGREDIENTES
- 2 tazas de arroz/ 2 cups of rice
- 4 tazas de agua/ 4 cups of water
- Jamón/ Ham
- 1 huevo/ 1 egg
- Salsa de soya/ Soy sauce
- Sal/ Salt
PROCEDURE/ PROCEDIMIENTO
Para empezar, prepararemos el huevo dónde en un vaso le quitaremos la cáscara para darle sabor con una pizca de sal y así echarlo en un sartén.
To begin, we will prepare the egg by removing the shell in a glass to flavor it with a pinch of salt and then putting it in a pan.
Mientras se va cocinado el huevo, iremos cortando en trozos.
While the egg is cooking, we will cut it into pieces.
Por otro lado, para hacer el arroz en una bandeja pondremos a cocinar un poco el jamón (el jamón cortado en cuadros) para así juntarlo con el huevo preparado anteriormente.
On the other hand, to make the rice in a tray we will cook the ham (the ham cut into cubes) a little so that we can combine it with the egg prepared previously.
Pasado los 1-2 minutos para así mezclarlo con las 2 tazas de arroz.
After 1-2 minutes, mix it with the 2 cups of rice.
Dejando un rato el arroz cocinarse, para luego echarle las 4 tazas de agua.
Let the rice cook for a while, then add the 4 cups of water.
Para terminar, le daremos color con unas gotas de salsa de soya y sabor con una pizca de sal para el arroz.
Dejamos cocinar hasta que el arroz esté en su punto. A comer!
Finally, we'll add a few drops of soy sauce for color and a pinch of salt for the rice.
Let it cook until the rice is done. Enjoy!
