Feliz Domingo de Resurrección; el día de hoy les traigo un refrescante Jugo de Guayaba con Leche. La verdad es que esta fruta me encanta y es considerada muy nutritiva debido a su abundante contenido en vitamina c y antioxidantes. Ideales para fortalecer las defensas naturales del cuerpo, además de proteger las células del daño oxidativo. Puedes hacerlo para acompañar el almuerzo y disfrutar de su exquisito sabor, a continuación les muestro el paso a paso para su preparación.

Greetings my dear friends at Gems! It's a true pleasure to be with you all again. Happy Easter Sunday! Today I'm bringing you a refreshing Guava and Milk Juice. I truly love this fruit, and it's considered very nutritious due to its abundant vitamin C and antioxidant content. These are ideal for strengthening the body's natural defenses, as well as protecting cells from oxidative damage. You can make it to accompany lunch and enjoy its exquisite flavor. Below, I'll show you the step by step instructions for its preparation.

Ingredientes:

• 400 gramos de guayaba
• 5 cucharadas de leche en polvo
• 5 cucharadas de azúcar blanca
• 1 ramita de canela
• 3 tazas de agua
• Hielo al gusto

Ingredients:

• 400 grams of guava
• 5 tablespoons of powdered milk
• 5 tablespoons of white sugar
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 3 cups of water
• Ice to taste

Vamos a iniciar nuestra preparación agregando la guayaba previamente lavada y cortada en cuadros grandes en una olla, seguidamente añadimos el agua y por último la canela.

Let's begin our preparation by adding the previously washed and roughly diced guava to a pot. Next add the water and finally the cinnamon stick.

Llevamos al fuego y cocinamos a llama media por aproximadamente 20 minutos o hasta que la fruta este blanda. Dejamos enfríar para hacer el siguiente paso.

Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for approximately 20 minutes, or until the fruit is soft. Let it cool before proceeding to the next step.

Luego vertemos la preparación en la licuadora, adicionamos el azúcar y la leche en polvo. Licuamos a velocidad alta hasta que todos los ingredientes se incorporen y nos quede una mezcla espesa y cremosa.

Then pour the mixture into a blender, add the sugar and powdered milk. Blend at high speed until all the ingredients are incorporated and you have a thick and creamy mixture.

Ahora colamos en un colador de metal para eliminar las semillas y cualquier otro residuo. Y ya esta listo nuestro jugo.

Now strain it through a metal sieve to remove the seeds and any other residue. And your juice is ready!.

El borde del vaso lo decoramos con azúcar blanca, añadimos hielo y agregamos un poco del jugo.

We decorate the rim of the glass with white sugar, add ice, and pour in a little of the juice.

Ya podemos disfrutar del sabor de este delicioso y refrescante Jugo de Guayaba con Leche.

Now we can enjoy the flavor of this delicious and refreshing Guava Juice with Milk.
