Uncle Ice Cream in Singapore

Hi everyone. Hope you all are well as always.

Last year my friend asked me if I had tried the very viral Uncle ice cream in Singapore? I said no because when I went to Singapore I only targeted interesting places, not culinary. However, on this trip I just realized that I had to try the viral ice cream. I was lucky to find the seller.

This is the Uncle ice cream that I found in one of the parks near Merlion Park. I didn't look for it, I just said—if I find the seller then I will buy it. It turned out I found it so I couldn't miss the opportunity to try it.

I bought the chocolate flavor—I didn't want to try other flavors because I was afraid of being disappointed—so I just ordered the chocolate flavor. Unfortunately that it was not the regular Uncle ice cream because there's no bread. The bread changed with waffer. Oh, I think I should come back for the real Uncle ice cream.

By the way, nothing special for this ice cream. I can't define for detail because it's just a chocolate ice cream. But it's still precious to have this ecperience.

Looks like an ice cream graham bar in the Philippines hahaha. But I bet this kind of ice cream is more delicious than ice cream made at the factory. It's traditional

Even though there's nothing special in terms of flavor twist, the experience is still precious. Those simple moments, even with just a regular chocolate ice cream, are often the ones we remember and admire.
