It happened to me once, when I went to King's Cafe, and there was a menu item that seemed unusual to be found in a cafe. It was Lamb Biryani. It's quite unusual, isn't it? But it happened...
When I mention a cafe, don't think it has an aesthetic or spacious interior that can make you do beautiful short shorts. King's Cafe is very simple and has a small space. Not enough to accommodate dozens of customers, I think. So when you see a few people in line, you should immediately finish your order and let the other customers there. But when it's quiet, this cafe is suitable as a place for contemplation. Want to try?
The Lamb Briyani
As you know, biryani is a Middle Eastern dish. You'll find it in Indian restaurants, but in a cafe? That's an anomaly. This shouldn't be a cafe, but a mini-restaurant. So, if you're bored of eating the same old thing, this Lamb Biryani could be the solution. Let's get it!
While biryani rice is supposed to be soft, the color is simply gorgeous, isn't it? It looks a deep yellow. The texture is also very soft and easy to chew for a bracket user like me, hehehe… The side dishes include pickled cucumber, fried tempeh, and crackers. The main dish is a very thick and delicious lamb curry. I love the potatoes too.
Look! The menu here isn't like a light cafe menu. It's more like a restaurant menu.
But it's an interesting experience to come to this place with such a diverse menu. You know, as an adult, lunch menus are always a headache. On the one hand, you get bored with the same old menu, and on the other, you don't want to order the wrong thing. How about you?
