Before me and my family got sick my grade 10 son was able to perform their dance for the Language Month. I feel a lot better now compared to the other days. It's just my appetite for food suddenly vanished. But I'm hungry right now! But when the food is already in front of me I can't eat well. I miss the way I regularly eat.
Before we evacuate again and again to my in-laws house I was able to cooked a simple and healthy dish for my kids. This was the time that we haven't evacuated to my in-laws house.
Ingredients
1/2 Cabbage
1 Onion
2 Tomatoes
Garlic
Cooking Oil
Oyster Sauce
Pork Liempo
Seasoning
Water
Procedure
Wash and cut all the ingredients needed. I cut the meat even though it's raw. Boiled it with a salt and fry it with magic sarap. I set aside the excess oil and on the same pan I saute the garlic, onion and tomatoes.

Add the cooked meat and mixed it well. In a low heat, I add the cabbage, oyster sauce, water and mixed it well. I prefer it half cook. The crunchy pork and cabbage with the oyster sauce is a perfect combination.

And here's the finished product 😋 from just a simple dish I made it special with a brilliant idea.
Maybe because I cooked our meal deliciously my son was able to perform well. The days of their hardwork are all paid off. They may not win the first place but in their hearts they know they did their best. The performance was supposed to be in their cover court but because it's flooded they were forced to perform on their room. It's a bit hard to move because if you read my post their practice area was very wide. But if you look closely this kids are very determined to give their best shot to make the results the best.
