Hello! Ah, glad to have time to write before I get busy for Valentine's tomorrow! Not much orders this time but still better than nothing. I'm hoping I'd still receive more orders until tomorrow or the 12th.
Anyway, I did a partial general cleaning last weekend and also did my laundry. All that while answering lots of inquiries from my posted ad. I felt so exhausted and drained. I can't even put the bed sheet back and fold my clothes. I plopped on my bare bed and slept. Lol.
Good thing I prepare meals enough for a few days so I don't have to cook while I'm busy for the day. This was for my dinner. I also had some blanched carrots with honey mustard dip.
The greeting molds for my cakes also arrived in the afternoon of Sunday. They looked nice, however, one was broken.
I'm not sure if it was due to poor handling while it was being shipped. The material of the mold also seem flimsy that it would snap when applied with even the slightest pressure. Anyway, it was 3x cheaper than the ones I bought my older molders from.
Then I went to do my grocery shopping yesterday. It was a weekday and I'm happy that there were less people around. I did a short window shopping after the grocery but I didn't find anything I like.
Before going home, I dropped by the food court to purchase empanada. I was craving it for a while now.
After organizing my groceries to their shelves and in the fridge, I proceeded to eat my dinner. Don't judge those chicken bits on top of the pasta. Yeah, it was burnt but still delicious. Lol.
The empanada comes with a vinegar with little slices of chili and I really like it! Empanada won't taste complete without the spicy vinegar sauce. I also love that the yolk wasn't fully fried. It tastes better that way. My only complaint was the size. The empanada used to be bigger. It makes me sad seeing foods having its serving size reduced due to inflation.
I was able to make almost 4k steps yesterday from my grocery adventure. So, yes, grocery shopping is also an exercise!
