I love mungbean, I love it as a vegetable dish as well as a sweet snack. I remember when Mom will boil a mung bean to prepare making Sauteed Mungbean, she will set aside some of it, then put sugar and milk in it. Its the best! Seeing this made me miss it. Been a long time since I last had our version. And now I feel like making this sweet dessert too, looks really good and creamy.
