I am thinking so hard about a dish that can last a little longer but also with cheap ingredients. But this is seriously just impossible. Why everything cost a dime no? Aigoooo. At first I want to buy Gulyasan, Mama bought it yesterday saying it is just 200 per kilo. But when we check today, there's not much fish in the market, there's a gulyasan but its 300 per kilo now. Like why a sudden increase of 100? If I bought half kilo of this it will surely last a little longer. But I don't want to buy half kilo of it for 150, no way, Mama got hers for 100 only you know. I will just check again tomorrow.

But the problem is I don't have a viand then. The oldies both had leftovers dish from yesterday for there's no problem for their viand. I am thinking of buying chicken because they're really cheap now. While thinking, I asked Mama that we should look around first in the market. While doing so I saw this seller with lots of tomatoes already packed in a plastic bag. Each pack has 1 kilo of tomatoes. Seeing it made me remember the recipe I saw the other day. And when we asked the seller it's only 20 pesos per kilo -oh man! No need to think twice I grab one pack of it and pay for it

I already separate the ripe ones, and the recipe i'm trying to make is really just simple and easy to make. It might be easy y'all, but gosh, if you seasoned it well you'll get yourself a good -hmmm, what should I call this anyway? -a good dish? Ah whatever! It's really good with rice. Even Mommy F love it! She keep on saying how good it is.
Now for the ingredients:
- tomatoes not sure but like 200 grams?
- cloves of garlic
- one whole, BIG GARLIC
- ground pepper, a lot!
- salt, 1000 pieces
- MSG, the secret to happiness
- cooking oil, to sautee problems
- sugar, half tablespoon
- soy sauce, a tablespoon
- three drop of vinegar

First things first, I soaked the tomatoes in water with salt. Then cut them into half just like this and remove its juices inside including the seeds. I cut them more into smaller sizes too.

I also ready the garlic and onion and cut them like this. Seriously guys, more onions the better. I should've get more aguy

Its cooking time. This is really just a simple sauteeing. I Put onion and garlic first

After a minute of tossing and turning, I then add the tomatoes in the pan

I adjusted the fire to medium heat and keep on stirring it. I also added all the seasonings, from salt, pepper, MSG, sugar, to soy sauce

And after four minutes, it looks like this now. I tried it first of course to make sure that it is already seasoned. I added just a lil bit of salt and it's done!

Here's the finish product, sour, sweet, right amount of saltiness and a lil spice from the pepper -y'all it's heaven! No joke. Hehe

Especially with rice! I immediately tried it with leftover rice and hahhh! It's really good.

I just put it in a glass jar and for me, I can eat rice just with this, its already enough for me. In fact I can eat more rice just with this on the side. Nom, nom!
