Hello everyone... Today is a holiday, a day the kids are really looking forward to. Or maybe my two daughters love to go out, haha. No, it's a holiday when the kids want to relax after a hard week of studying. Normally, we go out to eat on Saturdays or Sundays. So today is the day the kids choose the restaurant they want to go to. After that, there are also various activities for the kids to try and learn and open their eyes.
At 10:00 a.m., we showered and got dressed to drive to the restaurant we'd agreed to eat at. That restaurant was Phi Jay's Chicken Rice, a truly authentic Thai chicken rice restaurant with delicious, traditional Thai flavors. We drove there for over 40 minutes, and it started to rain lightly along the way. Traffic was also congested at times, and we thought we'd make it in time to close. But then we arrived, and the place was packed with people, some of whom had just finished their meal and others who had just arrived, like us. It's a very popular chicken rice restaurant.
Stir-fried pork with basil and lava egg. The omelet is soft and not too dry. This dish is very generous and very reasonably priced, making it the restaurant's signature dish. Soft, hot rice, lava egg on top, and stir-fried pork with basil are another layer, which is very delicious and interesting.
Crispy fried chicken with tender meat inside, served with a delicious dipping sauce. The fragrant, soft, and flaky chicken rice is served with a delicious dipping sauce. The soup is also delicious and flavorful, with a rich and balanced taste that remains unchanged. No matter how large this dish is, my youngest daughter can finish it all.
Another plate of rice topped with large, bite-sized squid lava eggs. Served with seafood sauce and delicious soup. My oldest daughter loves this dish. Every time I come here, she eats this and the other large shrimp. This restaurant doesn't need a wide variety of dishes. The main dishes are crispy chicken rice, steamed chicken rice, stir-fried minced pork with basil and lava eggs, shrimp lava egg rice, and squid lava egg rice. These are the restaurant's recommended dishes.

Both children were happy to have a delicious meal today without having to travel all the way to Hat Yai. They also had their favorite drink, milk tea, but didn't drink much of it because Mom drank the rest. They also had cocoa, which isn't good for children to drink a lot, but once in a while, they were okay with it.

After dinner, the kids asked to go to DIY. Haha, but there was a hidden meaning behind what they wanted to buy. It wouldn't be strange if the kids wanted to buy toys; they had already brought money from home. When we drove to DIY, they excitedly ran into the store. Our daughters went inside and went to the key chain section. They browsed for a long time until they agreed to buy one. I asked them to calculate whether they had enough money in their wallets. When it wasn't enough, they had to exchange it for a new one. It was to match their budget.

After picking up toys that fit the kids' budget, we headed to the Lotus department store to buy some groceries and head home. The kids were already very happy. Rewarding them with delicious food and beautiful scenery can sometimes help them relax and focus on their studies. I really wish there was more nature here for us to explore, but there isn't much here, so that's all we can do. And today is our day off. Thank you to all my friends who stopped by to read this article. Thank you for following and your great support. See you in the next article. Bye-bye for today.
