And I took ground spices that my husband bought in the market because I did not make the spices at home because I did not have some ingredients at home so I simply bought them and were complete and tastier and we only had to continue cooking.
At that time I had to put the chicken first, to which the ground spices had already added, because I had to squeeze the coconut that had grated and first take the thick coconut milk because the dish is richer, I only took the coconut milk twice and I was already ready to eat. Put it in the chicken.
So, as you here, I took the coconut milk and put it in a container containing the chicken and the ground spices that were already there, I stirred it until the spices were liquid and distributed evenly, as you can see, I cannot. Don't wait to cook it and hurry up. If you test it, your appetite will definitely increase, not only my husband, children also like chicken to the corral curry that I cook.
I put a pan on the fire and turn it over medium heat and add enough oil, then I wait for the oil to heat up and then put the ingredients that I have prepared, that is, the shallots that I have chopped, bay leaves, dry lawang, cardamom, that is all. I put it in a pan and fry it until it was browned and smelled very fragrant.
After that I put in the pan the chicken I had previously prepared, I had to wait a few minutes to cook, I stirred well so that the dish joined better and boiled faster, when it boasted I had to wait again because I was not yet cooked.
I have to add enough water to my food so that it is tastier and more soft. I have to wait again for the sauce to dry a little and the chicken is more tender. When I tried the sauce, I was perfect and had a good taste. I also tried the chicken to see if I was tender. It turned out that the chicken was very tender and turned off the fire because it was already cooked and the plate was ready to serve.
