I often grill milkfish and make soy sauce because it tastes so good and the meat is so tender, but this time I tried to cook it for my family's meal menu, the method is very simple and let's see how I cook it.
Ingredients
- Milkfish
- Shallots
- Garlic
- Bird's eye chilies
- Turmeric
- Coriander
- Tamarind
First, I have to take a lime and put the lime juice into the pan that already has the fish and then I sprinkle salt too and I mix it evenly so that it penetrates all parts of the fish to make it more delicious.
Then I have to smooth the ingredients using a blender, I put everything in and I add water and smooth it and see as in the picture the ingredients are really smooth.
Then I put it in the pan and put in a little water first like my mother did so that the food tastes better.
Because it was already boiling, I stirred it evenly and then I added enough water as you can see.
I waited until it boiled, and my dish was starting to cook, and the broth was delicious. It was ready to be served. Then, I took my usual Bangkok rice, drained it, and served it to my beloved family.
