I love saluyot too :D I know right! that is true it so expensive these days, yes totoo yan pati ulo nga minsan kinakain ng kuya ko LOL. You're welcome :D

The fish head is nutritious. I like to eat it too, dipped in vinegar
with chili, red onions from Ilocos and ground pepper, especially when it's tostado as I mentioned earlier...whew! YUM!☺️
