
Hello, how are you? It has been a while since I ate Chopsuey. My mom miraculously bought the ingredients, and she even bought liver too, which is a perfect combination for it.
Dinner is the only time I cook decent food or weekends and when my parents are home, since I committed myself into being busy at the whole day and I guess my brother sometimes understands it and cook something for us or just eat fried egg, egg is life for me give me any kind of egg cook in different type of recipe, not gonna complain LOL!

- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1/4 kilo of Chicken Liver
- Half cup of Chicken Meat
- 4 Garlic
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 Stalk Celery
- 1 Carrots
- 1/4 kilo string Beans
- Cauliflower
- 3 Potatoes
- Cabbage
- 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 4 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Pepper
- 2 Cups of Water
- 1 tsp. All-in-One Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Corstarch Slurry

In a hot pan, I added 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
Then I added the liver and cooked it for about 3 minutes, do not overcook it. Set it aside after.
In the same pan, I added the chicken cook it until the chicken changed color of the chicken.
After that, I added the aromatics, garlic, and red onion cook it until the aroma comes out.
I added 1 tablespoon of Fish Sauce.
Next, I added the celery, red bell pepper, and carrots, cook it for about 2 minutes at medium heat.
Next, I added string bean cook it for about a minute.
Then I added the cauliflower and still fried it for about 1 minute.
Then the potatoes cook for a minute.
And then I added the cabbage, cooking it for about a minute too.
Then I added 2 cups of water.
I added 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce.
And then I added 1/4 teaspoon of ground pepper.
Then, cook the vegetables for about 5 minutes with the lid on over medium heat.
To add more flavor to the food, I added 1 teaspoon of all-in-one seasoning.
Then I added the chicken liver I had cooked earlier, and then cooked it for about 2 minutes.
Then I added cornstarch slurry to make the sauce thick, and then cooked it for about a minute.
Serve hot and plated!
