Papaya: A Very Helpful Fruit When You Have Almuranas and It Boosts Immune System

Good day hivers! Who else are health concious here? I'm not really counting into my health because I haven't have any pain before but when I got 23 years old, I have so many pain in every where of my body. The same as my first born daughter she has lots to bear. She adapted my illness which is always having nosebleed when body is tired. Also he had his father's illness which is canker sores and almuranas. We've been to so many doctors and paid for check ups, laboratories and medicine until one day we have no money to spend and we depend on herbal medicine as a choice.

We always had papaya on out table. I prepared it in many ways depends on the variety of the papaya because it has so many varieties. Sometimes I peel it off and slice it in cubes. Sometimes I just cut it half and remove the seeds then put powder and scoop the fruit by a spoon. But today I've got to shake it. Making a shake is not difficult but I don't have a shake maker so I used my vegetable blender and I wasn't expecting a good result from it but it was very fine.

Then place it in a glass and it's ready to serve. While I'm preparing this my kids are jumping and keeps on saying "Give me mommy". It's so happy in the heart that they are not difficult to feed by any kinds of food because they like it already.

If there's no papaya in the market then my second option is watermelon. Sometimes yellow sometimes red. Red watermelon is expensive while yellow watermelon is cheaper but the papaya is the cheapest among all.

That's a for today hivers, thank you so much for reading my post and I hope you like papaya too. See you next time!

Hive Power Up Day - June 1st 2025

I love eating papaya, but I’ve never tried blending it like this. I should give it a try, eating it cold must be delicious. 😁... Thanks for sharing, have a wonderful day sis. 🤗😀

Yes eating it cold and must have condensed milk

Papaya juice is really fun to drink, especially this juice helps in digestion. However, nosebleeds are an unpleasant disease. I have seen this problem in many people in our city. If I find a solution, I will let you know. This juice always relieves your fatigue. It helps in maintaining good health. However, papaya is usually available in the market most of the time. It is very difficult to choose this fruit because it contains formalin. However, I really like to eat the guava from our tree. God will definitely give you a solution to this problem, Amen.

Papaya is difficult to find in our market. Because I live in an island

I like that kind of star papaya, looks beautiful and tastes yummy. Wondering what powder you put on top of the blended papaya? :)

Hahaha it's milk powder.
