This dish is stir-fried asparagus with vegetable fern and eggs in oyster sauce. It's not often that my wife cooks this dish. Although vegetable fern or paco fern, this is a low-maintenance vegetable, I just water them. But there's relatively little vegetable fern in our home garden. When the vegetable fern in the home garden had young shoots, my wife harvested the young shoots vegetable fern to use in cooking.

How to cook stir-fried asparagus with vegetable fern and eggs in oyster sauce : Chop all the vegetables and wash them first. Then put a pan on the stove and heat a little oil. Add all the vegetables in the pan. And stir-fry all the vegetables until they are cooked.
Then add a little water in the pan and stir until heated. Add the eggs in the pan and stir-fry until eggs are cooked. Then add oyster sauce and season with seasoning pork flavour seasoning powder, Stir for a while and then turn off the stove.
It's finished, stir-fried asparagus with vegetable fern and eggs in oyster sauce. This dish is quite delicious and healthy.
