Maybe they just have different names but are the same vegetable.

Here in my country, the Philippines, we usually cook this sautéed with garlic, Onions, tomatoes, simmer then add in some black peppers salt to taste then add in some scrambled eggs and viola!

It's also prepared as a salad which is very delicious too.
