Feliz noche amigos de Be entrepreneur está semana quiero comenzar compartiendo con ustedes un pedido que para mí es muy especial y es que creo ya tengo 5 o 6 años haciendo la torta de cumpleaños de la abuela de mi mejor amiga y este año la señora cumplió 80 años y decidimos hacerle una torta de piña volteada. Aunque todos estos años la torta siempre es de piña yo lograba convencer a @daifernandez0929 de hacer una torta decorada con merengue pero ella este año quiso complacer a la cumpleañera con su torta favorita y aquí estamos para complacer a los clientes.

Para la torta de piña a mi me gusta preparar la piña en casa, se que con las piñas en lata la torta queda más bonita pero siento que al preparar las piñas en casa está torta tiene mucho más sabor. Les cuento que hacer torta de piña siempre me genera un poco de estrés porque la torta no se quede pegada pero supongo que ya tengo tanto tiempo haciéndola que e aprendido a hacerla bien y que quede bien.

La torta de piña quedó bastante bien, si se me pego solo un poquito en el molde pero esto no fue ningún inconveniente. Una vez ya lista la coloque en su caja ya que me tocaba hacer el delivery de este pedido.

Les cuento que mi emprendimiento apoya a otro emprendimiento que es a la chica que le compro los Toppers que hace Toppers muy bellos. En esta oportunidad está chica tenía sus hijas enfermas y se retraso con la entrega de el Topper. Una vez ella me llevo el Topper yo salí rápido de casa para hacer el delivery de la torta y es que mi amiga justamente está trabajando en un nuevo lugar y yo no había ido antes y tenía miedo de perderme pero llegué y le hice entrega de la torta le dije que tomara algunas fotos bonitas de la torta ya que yo no le había tomado fotos a la torta con el Topper.
