Hello, my lovely friends! Today is another day that I start with determination and a smile at Pantip Market in Koh Phangan District, Surat Thani Province. The atmosphere is bustling and lively. The sea breeze blows along with the sounds of people, both locals and tourists from all over the world who come to visit this island.
Standing in front of the stove, steam rising from the curry pots, and welcoming everyone every day, for me, cooking and running a Thai curry stall is not just about making a living. It's the 'art of happiness' that delivers warmth and delicious flavors to the hearts of those who receive them.

The intention from the ingredients: Every morning begins with the selection of fresh ingredients. The spicy Southern Thai curry paste is ground in-house, fragrant with herbs, chilies, turmeric, fresh coconut milk, and quality ingredients. These are meticulously crafted because we believe that the care of the cook is always reflected in the taste of the food.
Thai Cuisine... A Heritage and Language Without Borders: Thai food possesses a captivating uniqueness, from the spicy sour curry to the creamy coconut milk curry and the fragrant stir-fried dishes. For international customers, the food displayed at our restaurant serves as the first gateway, allowing them to experience and learn about Thai culture through its flavors.
Smiles and friendship at the shop: Seeing customers take a bite of food and smile with satisfaction, or a short thank you in Thai from a foreign tourist saying, "It's delicious!", is a great source of encouragement that completely erases the fatigue from working in the sun and wind.
Every day I spend at Pantip Market teaches me that no job is too tiring if we do it with love and pride. This small curry shop is not just a place to sell food, but a space for sharing, a place that connects diverse people, and a place where I can do what I love with full pride.
