I think @spaminator may be downvoting people that are on @hivewatchers black lists for various reasons.
They think the same rules apply to short content. Avoid plagiarism, copypaste, spam, AI should be credited and there should be citation of sources just like in blog posts.

It's possible that well-known spammers/farmers/abusers moved from Snaps to Waves to abuse/exploit.
There isn't any specific account. I was juat curious because most of the Waves posting is being voted this way. And most of these are newbies, at least I have started seeing their names recently.
Btw, Keep up the good work! I have seen constant spamming out here on Waves, and it's been a week or more.
Oh I see. I thought their constant spamming is the reason behind it. Like they are just posting, never engaging with anyone else, not even replying. So yeah, that was the whole reasoning behind it. But now, the watchers have explained. And tbh, I am impressed by the system :)
