It's called desert rose. I have it here in Venezuela.

"Adenium obesum is a shrub species belonging to the Apocynaceae family. It is also known as sabi star, kudu, winter rose, or desert rose. It is native to eastern and southern tropical and subtropical Africa and Arabia."
