Huumm.... this is serious. The value is already low so why ask the whales to reduce rewards
that's what I was thinking, I read this over peakd snaps. they also asked to top accounts to stop voting it seems because nobody is voting there. and voting is capped under dollar on snaps like it was on dbuzz.
