Fresh, tender corn
Pumpkin vegetables or spinach vegetables.
Scent leaves
Pepper
Onion
Salt
Protein of choice. I used smoked fish.
Seasoning cubes.
Crayfish (if you know what it is)
Palm oil
Remove the corn from the cob
Wash and cook till soft.
Add all ingredients - pepper, salt, protein, seasoning cube, crayfish, onion.
Cook for some minutes, then add palm oil.
Two minutes, later, add all vegetables. Turn, allow to simmer for 2 minutes and turn off heat. Serve and enjoy. 😋
