Why is it white at the tip?
In Mexico we have white corn. And cover it with cheese and mayo and spicy powder. 
Nooo, we rather eat corn with a particular tiny pears or coconut no spices.
Sometimes, we add cooking salt towards the time the corn is about to get done cooking. It's gives them a different taste.
This is a typical Africa roasted corn. I like to enjoy it in the cool everything.
We roast on a naked natural 🔥, some times we cook them. We produce both white and yellow colours. It depends on the one you planted or bought according to your choice.
