To be paid?
To be safe?

All of above. Firstly, safety, I mean what good is anything else without it 🤷‍♀.
Secondly, seen, reach will bring genuine paid-moments. Thirdly, paid, although this is the top priority, but still it doesn't matter without the first two. Plus meaningful engagements/interactions rather than forced one.
